We currently ship across India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at contact@herakleon.com.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on the destination).
Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charges may apply).
Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping on orders(if applicable).
Flat-rate shipping fee of ₹150 for orders below the free shipping threshold.
Charges may vary based on weight, location, and shipping method.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your shipment.
6. Undelivered/Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we will attempt to contact you.
Repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation with a refund (excluding shipping fees).
7. Damaged/Missing Items
Inspect your package upon delivery.
If items are damaged or missing, notify us within 48 hours at contact@herakleon.com with order details and images.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some products (e.g., flammable liquids) may have shipping restrictions based on courier policies.
