At Herakleon, we take pride in delivering high-quality car care products. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged/Defective Product – Received a broken, leaking, or faulty item.
✅ Wrong Product Shipped – Received an item different from what was ordered.
✅ Unopened & Unused Products – Returned in original packaging with seals intact (within 7 days of delivery).
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or used products (unless defective).
Products without original packaging or labels.
Items damaged due to misuse.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Notify Us Within 48 Hours
Email contact@herakleon.com with:
Order number
Product issue (images/video if damaged)
Reason for return
Step 2: Return Approval & Instructions
Our team will verify the request and provide:
Return authorization (if eligible).
A return shipping address (for self-ship returns).
Step 3: Ship the Product Back
Pack securely to prevent damage in transit.
Include the original invoice.
Return Shipping Cost:
Free returns for damaged/wrong items.
Customer bears cost for change-of-mind returns.
3. Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
🔹 Refund Method: Original payment mode (UPI, card, wallet, etc.).
🔹 Processing Time: 5-7 business days after approval.
🔹 Partial Refunds: If only part of the order is returned.
4. Exchanges
The exchange will be processed/delivered/Refund-credited in 5-7 business working days
If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Products damaged after delivery (e.g., improper storage).
Incorrect address provided by the customer.
Items excluded under “Non-Returnable” (Section 1).
